Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called them one last time (just before I was about to go with a different company) to give them a last chance and this time got to speak to someone who could resolve the issue of my contract renewal price without any hassle.
I also received a £25 credit to my account by way of apology. The only question for me though, is: why did I have to go through so much grief just to get a sensible price renewal on my contract?
So far, Ive been offered 3 different prices, and have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with various agents who just can't seem to sort it out, having to seek manager involvement. Promised callbacks havent occurred, a wi-fi pod order mysteriously disappeared, the list goes on. Im now seriously considering switching to a different provider.
Ive been a VM customer for 8+ years, but that seems to count for nothing. Go somewhere else for your broadband, where you can actually deal with people who can sort things out, or join VM for a world of pain.

Im absolutely discusted how iv been treated .its been a month now since iv moved and nobody understanding me ,your staff dont speak english and understand english.im constantly repeating myself.
Constantly being asked for my reference number which i dont have as my account at old address been cancelled.
Iv had nothing for nearly a month but you will still exspect me to pay my bill.
This company is a joke and again i repeat nobody is getting back to me.
My neighbour signed the wayleave last week and iv still not heard a thing from your company .

Was sent an adapter which I haven't been able to fit yet, waiting for family member to fit it as soon as they can get over as I can't manage to do it myself.
End of old contract
Started new contract the operator I spoke with was very helpful in finding me a new deal contract that I was happy

The number was not recognised so I rang O2 who sorted out my question in a very timely manner. Could not fault O2, even on a Saturday

My top up runs out tomorrow and i top up my mobile phone £10 and £8 on it i rang up earlier and 02 said they sort it out but they did not that few times 02 do that to me
New account
I decided to move to Virgin Media in December. Deal was much cheaper than BT.
Im very disappointed with virgin
Customer service.
BT has charged me for January and February £ 49 each month Thats £100.
Which I cannot afford as I am a pensioner. I have phoned Bt and I will have to pay this months £49 again
